A bit of me
A bit of me
After graduating from college I sat at a desk for three years. But in every free moment, I was in the kitchen. After a long stint of passionate home cooking, I left my desk job in 2022 to pursue a career in restaurants. Since then, I’ve had the good fortune to work in some incredible kitchens, including Misi, Misipasta, and The Foul Witch.
My time in restaurants gave me a foundation in technique, efficiency, and creativity—all of which have been invaluable in building my own business. I began private chef work as a side project in 2023, and as of June 2025, I’ve committed to freelance projects full-time. My goal for every gig is to create a menu of food that feels personal, comforting, interesting, and flavorful.
I’m excited to keep learning and working with food in new, energizing ways. Whatever you’re working on, I’m here to help make it happen.
